• Ensure cargo is properly prepared and packaged
• Make timely payments for services rendered

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon between carriers and shippers. BulkBook may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for disputes between parties. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

BulkBook acts as a platform connecting carriers and shippers. We are not liable for:

• Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments
• Actions or omissions of carriers or shippers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by BulkBook and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms
